I broke a leaking window removing it to rebed it. I phoned Eagle windows. 20 minutes and 2 photos later I had a quote. 1 day after they received the broken window they have manufactured and dispatched the replacement. This is the third boat that I have had the windows refurbished by Eagle Boat Windows and they have never disappointed. They are prompt, helpful and sympathetic, windows returned in three weeks.
THw quality of workmanship is excellent and the old frames aligned perfctly, including every screw hole. Eagle Boat Windows is now run and managed by Rowland Smith and Tim Prescott.
Though we cross over in terms of responsibilities, for now Tim does the physical work while Rowland picks up the phone and does the admin/commercial and systems tasks.
The underlying company Eagle 3 Holdings Ltd has three shareholders, Rowland, Tim and Jenny (Rowland's wife).
In time Jenny may join our day to day to expand our commercial reach and apply her (better) organisational skills.
Tim is a time served apprenticed toolmaker and machinist with over 30 years experience working as, with and for engineers, applying his measured approach to prototype development and production.

So, we used the C19 downtime as an opportunity to come up with a range of options to make hatch refurbishment an easy, rather than mountainous prospect.
All of the options include the provision of a custom shipping box sized to your hatch and made using durable double layer cardboard in a 'flat box' style.
