In England and Wales you will not usually require planning permission, provided you do not exceed the permitted development limit for your property (which is 50-70 cubic metres, depending on where you live).
Notable exceptions to the above are listed buildings and conservation areas.
Please note that if your property has been extended in the past - you will have used up some or perhaps all of your "permitted development" area and may need permission.
Its also worth noting that occasionally "permitted development" rights may be withdrawn from a property and any extension however small needs planning.

We will endeavour to deliver your order on the agreed delivery date and will notify you of any delay expected.
If your order is not delivered as arranged, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
The delivery will be made the nearest suitable point for access by the delivery vehicle which will normally be a 7.5 ton box vehicle or larger.
If the site is not accessible by our vehicle it is your responsibility to accept the delivery at the nearest available point and to provide onward transport to your site.
If your order is not delivered as arranged, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

You will then receive your base plans, there is no rush in placing your order for your conservatory, we will hold your price and conservatory until you are ready.
Balance remaining 1806.00.
Step 3: The remaining balance is due when the conservatory is outside your house, in this example the remaining 903.00.
REMEMBER: Check for planning permission requirements/obstructions ie flue terminals, existing window openings/Drains etc.
The CAD drawings shown are not to scale upon order we will supply you with cad drawings and base plans for your conservatory!.
