This is an ingenious coating on the glass surface reflects heat from radiators / fires etc. back into the room, while still filtering the sun's rays through the glass into your room, where the warmth is then trapped.
Pilkington K Glass and low "E" has been specially developed for use in double glazed units to produce the ultimate in energy efficiency for your property and is standard across our entire range.
