The black foil on the outside of our 15-year old windows and the windowsills was beginning to peal off and some window opening needed attention. After an initial survey, the openings were seen to in one visit, and the refoiling on another 3-day visit when the weather was better. I agree with some of the comments about communication with the firm, but I'm glad that we persevered as the quality of work was excellent and the workers themselves were most pleasant to have around the house.

I emailed Sunday afternoon asking for a quote and asking them to attend the property, that the tenants reported a front door that was virtually impossible to close and lock. First thing Monday morning I had a quote for repairing the door. Under the circumstances they squeezed us in that afternoon and repaired the faulty door. They kept me up to-date as they where dealing with the tenant. A very satisfied tenant and landlord.

Very impressed from start to finish. These were the only people willing to take on the job of replacing a broken sealed unit in our conservatory roof. It was a very big and heavy sealed unit and needed fitting 5 meters off the floor at the highest point. Most other double glazing repair companies either could not do the job or could not be bothered to reply, (a reflection their work approach) The people in the DG Servicing offices were helpful and informative, always returned calls when phoned. The fitters were polite, punctual and cleared everything away when they were finished. The price originally quoted was the priced paid even though the work required additional labour and materials. Definitely recommend

Very pleased with the work carried out by DG Servicing again, as have used them before. They carried out repairs to my front door which was really hard to close and lock, it works perfectly now. They also changed three sealed units in my conservatory which had gone misty. Would not hesitate to use them again.
