After 15 years in the fenestration industry leading up to becoming the National Sales Manager for a company he took to over a three million pound turn-over, in late 1994 Dean Waterman decided to set up his own company. He had become disillusioned with the general service and integrity offered by most glazing companies. Having worked for a number of companies and having been head-hunted numerous times Mr Waterman had seen big holes in the market.
