Conservatory Cast Systems is a division of Charles H Coward Ltd, a family run foundry business that is renowned for the in-house production of the highest quality non-ferrous die and sand castings and the sourcing of the best quality castings in all other metals. Based in Sheffield, our foundry manufactures in a variety of metals and alloys, providing its expertise in castings for a vast range of different industries around the world.
We handle large scale repeat orders as well as specialist projects and one-off bespoke items. Our team are on hand to offer a friendly personal service on the design and development of castings. We are also fully equipped with the latest 3D CAD software so our expert technical staff can ensure accuracy and quality on every job.

The standards are split down into the main areas of the management system with each area of the business being controlled by its own set of operating procedures.
These procedures are subject to constant scheduled internal audits as well as undergoing external audits from an internationally accredited organisation.
All areas of the QMS is analysed internally and the results are published internally throughout the business to allow us to monitor the continued effectiveness of the system and to ensure that continued improvement and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Our range of roof crests and roof crest with finials are all manufacturer in-house using quality virgin aluminium ingots and supplied either mill finish or powder coated which gives the casting a pleasant and lasting finish.
