The welding process for every other PVC window in the Country produces an excess amount of sprue which needs to be cleaned off, normally via a machine which removes this but also leaves a 3mm wide groove in the profile, as can be seen below.
Our unique manufacturing process enables us to push the excess sprue inside the cavity, resulting in a StyleLine, seamless joint.
