Excellent service. Order x4 windows at a very good price, next day customer service rang me to inform me my one set of handles were a different colour to the rest. We were looking to buy several windows and a bay window for a property refurbishment and were recommended House of Windows by our builder. We emailed our plans to House of Windows and received the quote back just a few hours later and went ahead based on the quick lead time and price. The windows arrived within a few weeks as promised and installed by our builder without any issues. Very happy with the quality and quick service. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I originally ordered from elsewhere and was quoted 6-8weeks, after 18 weeks of patiently waiting I cancelled and got my money back, I appreciate there's a pandemic but it was too much. I then rang House of Windows who quoted 3 weeks from ordering. 3 weeks later my door is fitted and is exactly as ordered. Lee is a great salesman and was attentive throughout, appreciate his help from my diagram to get the measurements right. Can't fault this company!

A really straightforward experience. Called to confirm some details before ordering and the member of staff was very polite and helpful. The follow-up communication was also very clear and gave me confidence in the process. The price was excellent compared to a lot of other companies we looked at. 1st time i'v fitted a window myself staff were very helpful when I ordered even after the window was delivered the staff were happy to give advice quality of window was better than I expected, the video on there website was a must before I fitted the window just finished fitting & a great job thanks to house of windows will be recommended them to friends
