Good quality product at competitive price. The fitters are real professionals. The sales team is top notch answering questions. The only fault that I found is the lack of communication once the door went into production. I had to chase value doors for a fitting date and I have received no emails whatsoever regarding the expected date.

Excellent service, especially the ability to customise your door yourself online without any old-fashioned sales pitch. I wanted a new front door with no fuss and having been let down by other local traders with their lack of communication Value Doors was a total breath of fresh air. A modern service that allows you to self-serve, pay securely online, email support. Perfect.

Efficient processes you can tell they are very forward thinking in the tech they have. We now have a lovely set of French doors and a uPVC front door. Fitted within 4 weeks of ordering, fully online purchase which was really slick. There are many comments about their online builder and i can see why it's seamless.

Communication was excellent, the doors all ready and delivered before the date which was a bonus. The driver was really helpful and spot on time too. Haven't installed yet but all measurements I gave were followed to the letter. Will be in situ shortly. Delighted with all aspects of this company.

Have been a customer of Value doors for a number of years. Needed a secure side door to an external garage for a buy to let. Challenge was i needed this expedited as time taken from order to installation was time the house was empty. Need not have worried. Andy pulled out all the stops whilst Sian ensured all the logistics were sorted promptly. Very happy with the service. Door is of excellent quality. I initially went with Value Doors because of their solid TrustPilot rating and found that they definitely lived up to it. The online purchasing process was super simple and user friendly, and the level of service and support throughout was excellent. The fitters were excellent and, despite having a nightmare of a day with sweltering heat and issues to do with the construction of my 70s properly, they didn't make a fuss and just got on with it.

With the unforeseen challenges, they started at 09:00 and left at 21:00, which is a proper day's graft. Not a single complaint throughout. The door itself is AMAZING. The integrated blinds work like a dream and the mechanism is perfect; it works so smoothly! Would definitely recommend Value Doors.

Andy and the team were very helpful at the purchasing stage, and communcation was good prior to and during delivery. My doors are yet to be installed, but so far very pleased with the service. Doors have been delivered and checked and at this stage I would highly recommend.

Value Doors gave me a great experience from start to finish. When I placed my order, the advice they gave me on the phone was brilliant, talking me through the options and making recommendations, but without pressurising me one way or the other.
