We later extended our area of coverage by also opening a service centre at Anston (Sheffield) to support the Plaxton Duple Sales and Service aftermarket.
Soon afterwards we made the further decision to also stock and fit glass for other manufacturers' vehicle ranges in order to better support operators of Plaxton and Duple vehicles who themselves operated mixed brand fleets.
In 2005, Plaxton entered into an agreement with PSV Glass for the supply of glass and following this in 2007 Plaxton was acquired by the ADL Group, who themselves had a parallel full distribution agreement in place with PSV Glass for the supply of glass and windscreens to operators of ADL buses, midi-buses and fire engines.
