At Cosyseal we believe everybody's work should bring benefit to local communities and wider society. That's why we focus on Social Value throughout our company. We've set ambitious goals and we've committed to being measured and assessed externally by Sonnet Impact, the Carbon Trust and B Corp. For more than three decades, Cosyseal has provided unrivalled double glazing installation & repairs to Housing Association clients across London and the Home Counties.

We specialise in reactive and planned window and door projects for social housing clients throughout the region. Surveyors and residents appreciate the benefits of our services too.
Services
Cosyseal provide a complete window maintenance package.
Regardless of whether you need regular cleaning and surface restoration works or just need the occasional handle replacing - we can take care of it.
Crucially, we can provide these services to both low rise and high rise buildings including blocks of flats.
Whatever your requirements, please get in touch, we'd be delighted to see how we can help.
Cosyseal are soon to reach a numeric milestone.
We have completed work on almost 50,000 individual properties since our bespoke handheld software was launched in 2015.
As Cosyseal crosses numerical landmarks, we enjoy celebrating with the surveyors and customer services teams at our Housing Association clients.
The person who places every 1,000th order is given the opportunity to choose where Cosyseal can make a donation on their behalf.
Recently, 250 has been donated to NHHG's Internal Charity for our 47,000th property and to Cosyseal's Just Imagine Charity for our 48,000th property completion.
Customer Service Officer, Mason Wilks is not yet 20 but is active in his church and on the football field.
Mason regularly gives sermons at church, as pictured in the photo to the right.
Mason also leads a youth group at his church, organising meetings once a month.
Mason is an indispensable member of his church and has been committed to creating a spiritual, safer and nurturing environment for the younger members of the church.
He is valued among his peers and would like to play a more active role in the church in the future.
The annual Golf Day 2019 organised by Cosyseal Director Rajesh Patel and friends was successful in raising over 29,000 for Just Imagine, a charity providing nutrition, education and assistance to HIV positive children.
The Golf day has been running for the past 4 years and has grown to be an important and anticipated date in the calendar.
The full day of events, organised by Charity Trustees including Cosyseal director Rajesh Patel, includes breakfast, 18 holes, dinner, and a full bar for the price of 85.
If you are a Thornton Heath native or just passing by the area, you are sure to see the planters that Cosyseal father-and-son duo Clive and Khan Broughton have made for the community.
Clive and Khan have been home-making planters from their workshop and have sprinkled them across Thornton Heath in an effort to make our town more colourful.
As a timber-frame expert, Clive knows a thing a two about wood construction and has teamed up with his son, also a Cosyseal employee to the benefit of all.
Clive and Khan have been making planters such as the ones pictured for many months.
